The Deal Pipeline, part of the booj Platform that begins rolling out later this summer, offers a more sophisticated (and efficient!) system. Agents will be able to view contacts, track a deal’s progress and manage tasks to keep transactions moving forward – all at a glance from a customizable dashboard.
Here are some top features of the Deal Pipeline.
The Deal Pipeline provides a treasure trove of info on your current transactions. You’re able to sort and filter the data that makes the most sense for you by building custom views. For example, say you’re an agent looking to reach out to clients working within a certain price range. You can apply this view, save it as “Active Luxury Buyers,” and easily access it, and any other saved views and filters, any time you return to the booj Platform.
Click on any deal in the Deal Pipeline to be taken to the deal record, where you can find an overview of the transaction, log notes and view past notes.
You can designate or create a task plan for each stage of the Deal Pipeline to help you stay organized and on schedule for a successful close. You can automate the task plan to advance the next step upon completion of tasks, and also choose where the tasks display – in the deal or the contact record.
Integration with outside tools helps you control your business all in one place. When the Deal Pipeline rolls out later this year, it will offer integrations with SkySlope, DocuSign, zipLogix and dotloop.
