” Our story began when business minded Antonio Palma and his wife Dr Elizabeth Martinez realized the need for an authentic Cuban restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky. We insist our menu represents the whole family’s passion for cooking and dining. While Dr. Martinez’s parents Fernando Martinez and Maria Hernandez shared their recipes and secrets that have been around in the family for many years, Antonio Palma and his brother Eder brought in a Mexican influence to honor their cultural heritage. In addition, we also offer adapted vegetarian dishes created by sister Annia Martinez. At Hola Havana our goal is to offer Cuban-Latin cuisine as an experience for all! “
